Our gym is fully equipped for any form of weight training: bodybuilding, strength & conditioning, fitness and toning, etc. with Olympic barbells and weights up to 250kg, dumbbells up to 40kg and a full complement of power stations, multi-gym, heavy duty benches, etc.
We work at every level from competitive bodybuilding to simply improving muscle tone. You can train on a regular, long-term basis with us or just have a programme rewrite and it’s probably worth checking out our client gallery to see some of the world class athletes that we work with.

If you’re looking for a tough, fitness-challenging workout that pushes both your body and your brain, then come along for boxing session. We’ve studied for many years under some of Sheffield’s top coaches and we teach proper skills and techniques – this is not box-fit, aero-box, box-aerobics or any other type of dancing-about-type boxing, it’s the real, practical stuff.
Don’t worry, sparring is not necessary in your one-to-one session but you will however be taught how to punch properly, how to put great combinations together, develop your speed, footwork and defence skills.

- Circuits, boxing or individual programmes
We offer group sessions for up to eight people to share the gym in privacy for an hour. You will be training under our supervision, either on your own individually designed programmes or as a small class for boxing, circuit-training, etc.

Nutrition-wise, online food diaries such as MyFitnessPal and wearable activity tracking technology – Fitbit, etc. – ensures we can follow all your efforts remotely and keep you on target with support and regular contact via email, text, phone and Skype.
