If you’re looking for a tough, fitness-challenging workout that pushes both your body and your brain, then come along for boxing session. We’ve studied for many years under some of Sheffield’s top coaches and we teach proper skills and techniques – this is not box-fit, aero-box, box-aerobics or any other type of dancing-about-type boxing, it’s the real, practical stuff.
Don’t worry, sparring is not necessary in your one-to-one session but you will however be taught how to punch properly, how to put great combinations together, develop your speed, footwork and defence skills.
With a full compliment of bags, speed balls, pads, skipping ropes, etc. a fantastic, stress-busting, heart-pounding, muscle-burning workout is a guarantee.
