COMPLETELY BESPOKE TRAINING PLANS
At Get Physical we have dealt with thousands of people at every level: from professional athletes to busy mums and bricklayers to bank managers. It doesn’t matter how fit you are at the moment, or what shape you are in, you can rest assured that we design a plan purely for you.
DO WHAT YOU ENJOY
We are not bullies. We don’t scream and shout and our workouts are not ‘a near-death experience’ (unless you like that kind of thing). We believe that If you do something that you like, you will do it more often and with more energy. Therefore, you will get results faster. Our main job is to find something that you enjoy. And we have plenty of equipment to try and find the right type of workout.
FLEXIBLE, COMMITMENT-FREE SERVICES
You don’t have to commit to us long-term because we also offer one-off programme-design packages. You can then use this programme anywhere: at your preferred gym, at home or even in the park. You can even just book a tutorial or pop along for a chat if you wish.
We also cater for couples, families and small groups (up to 8 people), which allows you to share the cost. Please contact us for further details and we can discuss your requirements.
