If you’re looking for a tough, fitness-challenging workout that pushes both your body and your brain, then come along for boxing session. We’ve studied for many years under some of Sheffield’s top coaches and we teach proper skills and techniques.

MORE THAN YOUR AVERAGE CARDIO WORKOUT
This is not box-fit, aero-box, box-aerobics or any other type of dancing-about-type boxing – it’s the real, practical stuff. Don’t worry, sparring is not necessary, but you will, however, be taught how to punch properly; how to put great combinations together, develop your speed, footwork and defence skills. Our boxing training is much more than your average ‘cardio’ workout.
